Warp and weft yarns are interwoven smoothly, creating a uniform fabric surface that ensures balanced heat and air permeability during paper drying;
Edge seams are strong and reliable, utilizing high-precision seaming technology to ensure joint strength matches the fabric body, eliminating fuzzing or edge breakage risks at high speeds;
Both round yarn and flat yarn series are available to meet varying paper grades and machine speeds.
Hengyuan’s polyester dryer fabrics cover three main series, flexibly adapted to different paper grades and machine conditions:
3-Shute 1.5-Layer Dryer Fabric – Features a smooth, tightly woven surface with uniform air permeability. Ideally suited for cultural paper, offset printing paper, and lightweight sheets below 70g, contributing to better paper formation.
4-Shute Double-Layer Dryer Fabric – Offers a thicker body, high stiffness, excellent dimensional stability, and outstanding wear resistance. Primarily used in packaging paper, corrugated paper, and linerboard production above 70g, delivering long service life and strong cost-effectiveness.
Flat Yarn Dryer Fabric – Utilizes a special flat-yarn weaving structure for a smoother surface, minimizing web stretching and ensuring superior running stability. It is the preferred choice for "V" cylinder single-run configurations on high-speed paper machines, as well as for T-paper and kraft liner applications.
Raw Material Control: Use of imported high-hydrolysis-resistant and heat-resistant polyester monofilaments ensures long service life from the very start;
Mature Technology: With over 20 years of weaving expertise and stable heat-setting processes, our fabrics maintain minimal shrinkage even under high-heat and humid conditions;
